Digital printing with DoD (Drop on Demand) technology has entered a new generation with Kyte inkjet printing. High-resolution and high-speed inkjet printing is now easily achieved. Covering up to 432 mm print width, it is a wide-width, yet compact inkjet printing system, turning any conventional press or mailing line into a digital printing system. Based on Kyocera's proven piezo technology, Kyte comes in a number of head configurations and ink types suiting it to a wide range of applications.

The Kyte DoD inkjet printing system is equally suited to print and labelling as it is to pharma and packaging applications.  When combined with Inline Offline Graphics system integration capabilities, the Kyocera-based inkjet printer can be easily added to a conventional press or printing application to produce a hybrid digital printing press.

Kyte comes with different industrial inks, including UV, water-based and MICR. It adheres excellently to both coated and uncoated paper and plastic stocks. Typical applications for the Kyte digital printing system include:
