Custom Mailing System for Brown Knight & Truscott

Kent-based Brown Knight & Truscott have selected Inline Offline Graphics Ltd. as their system integrator for sheet printing. The application enables them to extend their capability to fulfil varying customer specifications in the print and marcom solutions that they offer.

Fully Integrated Sheet Printing System
The application is the printing of sheets presented from a folder unit with multiple bands of high-resolution inkjet printing. The system consists of a custom vacuum table, inkjet system and it’s controller as a single unit. An integrated IR Dryer system provides assisted drying of the water based inks on glossy or highly calendared stocks.

From Single Line Printing to Stitched Imaging
The application allows A5 postcards to 750mm wide by 650mm long sheets to be transported and imaged. Based around HP Print technology the print system combines high resolution print quality with sophisticated line control and database handling for applications from simple 8-line addressing, through to fully stitched images at affordable entry prices.

Full Job, Machine and Line Control
The controller is based on Windows XP and provides the solution for most requirements in ink jet addressing, in-line personalisation, and machine control. With the addition of the controller integrated PDF driver, full complex documents are available for imaging to allow document wide variable print and/or multiple languages within a job.
